RCMP “O” Division and the Ontario Provincial Police are thrilled and honoured to be co-hosting the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police 2011 Annual Conference and Global Showcase. Especially exciting is the fact that this jointly hosted OACP conference, with a focus on policing with Aboriginal Peoples under the theme “Together We Are Stronger”, represents the same collaborative approach and inter-connectedness that we know is a recipe for success in policing.

This premier event will highlight the outstanding services that law enforcement agencies, representing municipal, regional, provincial, national and First Nations, deliver every day to the citizens of Ontario. If we are to provide solid, professional law enforcement in today’s hyper-paced environment, partnerships at all levels, are vital.

We promise that with the many educational and social gatherings that are being planned for our delegates, the interesting and cutting-edge exhibits and the recreational events in our companion program, all with beautiful Deerhurst Resort as the backdrop, you can expect to be impressed.

Mark June 25 – 30, 2011 on your calendars and plan to join us as we celebrate our accomplishments, challenge our perspectives and plan for the future.

This is going to be fun.
